Caracol Park offers a half-price discount exclusively for the Caracol Ticket, in the categories provided for by law:

 

ADULT TICKET: AGES 13 TO 59 

HALF-PRICE TICKET 

Seniors: Ages 60 and over, upon presentation of a government-issued photo ID, in accordance with Article 23 of Law No. 10.741/2003. 
 

Children age 6 to 12: Upon presentation of the original (or notarized copy) of a birth certificate or official photo ID proving age. 
 

People with Disabilities (PwD) and one companion: Upon presentation of a medical report, the Continuous Cash Benefit (BPC) card, or an official document issued by the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) proving retirement under the criteria established in Complementary Law No. 142/2013, or any document that proves the disability condition, accompanied by personal identification. 
 

Youth ID (ID Jovem): Young people and adults (aged 15 to 29 years old) upon presentation of the Youth Identity Card (Carteira de Identidade Jovem) issued by the National Youth Secretariat, accompanied by a government-issued photo ID (or notarized copy). 

 

FREE ADMISSION 

The following groups are eligible for free admission to Parque do Caracol. 

Residents of Canela: Proof of residence in your name (utility bill for water, gas, electricity, mobile phone, internet, credit card, or landline) and a government-issued photo ID (digital or printed). 

 

Residents of Gramado: Proof of residence in your name (water, gas, electricity, cellphone, internet, credit card, or phone bill) and official ID with photo (digital or printed). 

 

Children up to 5 years old: Exempt from payment upon presentation of the original (or copy) of a birth certificate or an official photo ID (original or notarized copy). 

 

Tour guides: Exempt upon presentation of a valid Cadastur ID and when performing their professional duties. 

 

Researchers: Exempt if officially authorized by the State of Rio Grande do Sul to conduct research activities, upon prior scheduling. 

 

Educational visits: Students and teachers from public elementary and high schools, on weekdays and during the school year, upon prior scheduling directly with Parque do Caracol. 

 

Public security agencies' officers and agents: Exemption granted exclusively during the performance of duty, upon presentation of official identification. The exemption does not apply outside of working hours. 

 

Wheelchair users 

 

The Gaúcho Ticket is a promotional ticket that includes the adult category (ages 13 to 59) and the child category (ages 6 to 12).

Flexibility, Rescheduling or Cancellation

Flexibility, Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Tickets purchased are valid for use on the date selected at the time of purchase. However, to provide greater flexibility, if you are unable to visit on your scheduled date, your park admission ticket may be used within up to 7 (seven) consecutive calendar days after the originally selected date, provided it has not been used.

Ousado and Corajoso attractions are not eligible for the flexibility period but may be rescheduled or canceled according to the rules below, which apply to all tickets.

Orders placed through the website may be canceled or rescheduled under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation may be requested within 7 (seven) consecutive calendar days from the purchase date, except when this 7-day period overlaps with the scheduled visit date. Once it is 12:00 a.m. (midnight) on the scheduled visit date, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
  • 24 (twenty-four) hours or more before 12:00 a.m. (midnight) of the scheduled visit date: cancellation is allowed.
  • Less than 24 (twenty-four) hours before 12:00 a.m. (midnight) of the scheduled visit date: cancellation will only be permitted upon retention of 20% (twenty percent) of the ticket value by Parque do Caracol.
  • Rescheduling is allowed only once, provided the request is made 24 (twenty-four) hours or more before 12:00 a.m. (midnight) of the scheduled visit date, subject to availability.
  • Once the ticket flexibility period has expired, cancellation or rescheduling requests will no longer be accepted.

Access Rules for Corajoso and Ousado

*Attractions sold separately. Park admission ticket required.

Restrictions:

  • Maximum weight: 120 kg

  • Maximum height: 2.20 m

  • Minimum height: 1.40 m

  • Minimum age: 8 years

Children and adolescents under 18 (eighteen) years of age may not access the “Corajoso” attraction unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardians who are over 18 (eighteen) years of age.

Access for minors accompanied by third parties will only be permitted upon presentation of valid documentation proving a family relationship up to the third degree (parents, siblings, uncles or aunts, nephews or nieces, or grandparents), or upon presentation of an express authorization from the parents or legal guardians, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Parque do Caracol reserves the right to deny access in the absence of the required documentation, in order to ensure the safety and protection of the minor.

Prohibitions:

To ensure everyone’s safety, it is not allowed to:

  • Access the attraction wearing high heels, barefoot, flip-flops, or any footwear that is not securely fixed to the foot;

  • Participate while wearing a skirt or dress;

  • Bring loose objects that may fall, such as cell phones, cameras, keys, prescription or sunglasses;

  • Participate if pregnant;

  • Participate if you have heart conditions;

  • Participate if you have panic disorder;

  • Participate if you have labyrinthitis.

Access Rules

Not permitted:

  • Access with animals, except guide dogs or emotional support animals with supporting documentation. This guideline aims to ensure the safety and well-being of the pet itself, as the park is home to wildlife.
  • Bathing or drinking water from the river.
  • Filming or photographing Parque do Caracol for commercial purposes without prior authorization from the company.
  • Carrying or using drones.
  • Entering with large-sized materials (e.g.: tripod, musical instruments, bulky costumes, suitcases or equipment exceeding 25 x 35 x 55 cm).
  • Accessing or staying shirtless, in swimwear or barefoot.
  • Entering with skateboards, scooters, skates or shoes with built-in wheels, bicycles or similar items.
  • Children or teenagers under 18 (eighteen) years accessing or staying in the park without their parents or responsible adults. Guardians must present supporting documentation proving a kinship relationship up to the third degree (parents, siblings, uncles/aunts, nephews/nieces, grandparents) or written authorization from the parents, as provided by law.
  • Planting or removing flora species.
  • Practicing any kind of environmental damage.
  • Feeding, approaching or hunting animals.
  • Carrying firearms, ammunition, self-defense devices (pepper spray, stun guns).
  • Accessing with flammable or explosive objects or liquids.
  • Loud noises, using horns, whistles, large megaphones or artificial devices emitting noise.
  • Performing diverse demonstrations.
  • Using the park bathrooms for bathing.
  • Accessing while wearing helmets or face-covering headgear - Law nº 6717/14.
  • Selling any type of product or service without prior authorization.
  • Performing any apology for crime.
  • For visitors' safety, entering with bottles, glasses or any other glass containers is prohibited.
  • Burning any object inside Parque do Caracol is prohibited.

Parque do Caracol has barbecue areas, whose usage and access are regulated by the "Terms of Use of the Barbecue", which must be interpreted together with the rules provided in these "Access Rules for Parque do Caracol".

Thus, in case of renting one of these areas, the User must comply with the specific rules established in the "Terms of Use of the Barbecue" and, in a complementary manner, observe the provisions of these "Access Rules for Parque do Caracol", provided that they do not conflict with the "Terms of Use of the Barbecue".
