1. Reservation:
1.1. Parque do Caracol provides 12 (twelve) barbecue grills for rental, of which 6 (six) are available for advance reservation and 6 (six) for same-day rental. All 12 (twelve) barbecue grills are subject to availability, either by order of arrival or reservation request.
1.2. Requests for advance reservations must be made via Customer Service (through the email [email protected]), by completing the formal acceptance form of these Terms of Use.
1.3. Occupation of barbecue grills by order of arrival on the same day implies formal acceptance of these Terms of Use.
1.4. Each barbecue area has a usage limit of up to 15 (fifteen) people. Parque do Caracol provides benches for up to 6 (six) people per barbecue area; if the user needs more seating, they must provide additional chairs and/or benches themselves.
1.5. Payment of the usage fee, when applicable, must be made at least 24 hours prior to the date of use, through the indicated options (in person at Park administration or via bank transfer to the accounts provided at the time of reservation).
1.6. Reservations for barbecue grills will only be accepted if made by an adult over 18 (eighteen) years old, identified as responsible for the use of the space at the time of the request. Reservations by minors will not be accepted.
1.7. The person responsible for the barbecue reservation, by accepting these Barbecue Area Terms of Use, declares full knowledge and agreement with these Terms.
1.7.1. Due to the above, the person responsible for the barbecue reservation undertakes to fully comply with all provisions established herein, as well as, where applicable, the Parque do Caracol Access Rules.
1.7.2. Additionally, the person responsible for the barbecue reservation assumes full responsibility for ensuring that all attendees accompanying them in the barbecue area also faithfully observe the rules set out in these Terms and the aforementioned Access Rules.
1.7.3. The person responsible for the barbecue reservation will be fully liable for any damage caused by themselves or by attendees under their company to the Parque do Caracol area and its facilities, being responsible for the costs of repair, replacement, or compensation, as applicable.
1.8. All users must behave with respect, civility, and politeness, acting in accordance with good manners and the care expected in a public and environmentally protected space.
1.9. In cases omitted or not expressly provided for in these Terms of Use of the Barbecue Area, the provisions contained in the Parque do Caracol Access Rules will be applied complementarily, provided they do not conflict with the specific terms of this regulation.
2. Drinks and Foods:
2.1. Food and beverages must be brought in reusable and/or recyclable packaging; the use of glass containers is prohibited, in consideration of visitor safety and preservation of the natural environment.
2.2. The visitor is responsible for keeping the barbecue area clean and organized during and after use. Final cleaning of the used space is entirely the responsibility of the reservation holder.
2.3. Generated waste must be correctly separated and disposed of in appropriate collectors, according to the selective collection signage available in the Park, contributing to space conservation and proper environmental management.
2.4. Additionally, the consumption of food and beverages in barbecue areas must be done exclusively using reusable and/or recyclable plates and cups, the use of plates, cups, and other glass utensils being prohibited to ensure everyone's safety and the integrity of the space.
3. Available Utensils:
3.1. Users must transit through the Park with utensils to access the barbecue area, and the arrival/departure transit must be done with utensils properly stored for transportation. Parque do Caracol will provide users with a cart to assist in transporting stored utensils.
3.2. For safety reasons, it is expressly prohibited for users or barbecue area attendees to circulate through the Park carrying barbecue utensils, such as knives, skewers, lighters, or similar objects. The use of these items is restricted exclusively to the barbecue area and must occur responsibly, according to the other terms of this regulation.
3.3. If necessary, skewers are available for rental at Casa do Viajante, inside the Park, in the retail area.
4. Operating Hours:
4.1. The Park's operating hours must be consulted on our website (Parque do Caracol).
4.2. Access to barbecue areas is available during Parque do Caracol's operating hours. Operating hours are subject to change.
4.2.1. For advance reservations, as provided in Clause 1.2, a maximum arrival time at Parque do Caracol will be established. If the user does not arrive by the time established at reservation, the barbecue grill will be released to the next visitor.
4.3. Barbecue areas may be used until the time limit set by Parque do Caracol.
5. Important Guidelines:
5.1. Ground fires and portable barbecues in general, as well as other domestic utensils, are strictly prohibited.
5.2. The person responsible for the reservation must ensure that the volume of sounds and noises, including those produced by guests, remains at a moderate level, so as not to disturb the peace of other Park visitors. The use of amplified sound equipment or portable loudspeakers at high volumes in the barbecue area or any other Park space is prohibited.
5.3. For the purposes of these Barbecue Area Terms of Use, any sound emitted that disturbs or inconveniences the peace, tranquility, or rest of other Park visitors is considered high volume.
5.4. The use of flammable products or horns is not permitted, except for igniting materials used exclusively in the barbecue area.
5.5. The fire must be completely extinguished before leaving the barbecue area.
6. Penalties for Non-Compliance
6.1. Failure to comply with any provisions set forth in these Barbecue Area Terms of Use may subject the person responsible for the reservation to applicable administrative, civil, or legal measures.
6.2. The application of any administrative, civil, or legal measure will be preceded by an investigation of the facts by Park administration, guaranteeing the User the right to a written statement.
